Before paying for the displayed amount, please review the slide milling service process below
Step 1: Submit Your Order
Submit a completed Work Order Form along with a clear copy of your valid State ID. Upload these documents during checkout or email them to Heywardstreamscontact@gmail.com.
Step 2: Verification
Within 24 hours of receiving your Work Order Form and ID, our team will contact you to verify the details and discuss your optic cut options and Cerakote finish.
Step 3: Ship Your Slide
Do not ship your slide until you have spoken with a member of our team. Arrange shipping through UPS or FedEx (do not use USPS unless you are an FFL). Securely package the slide with bubble wrap or similar material to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your State ID in the package to identify your order. Note: Shipping costs at checkout cover return shipping only; customers are responsible for shipping the slide to us.
Step 4: Completion and Return
Upon receiving your slide, we will confirm receipt and provide an estimated completion date. Once the milling is complete, we will share images of the final product and provide a tracking number for the return shipment.
