1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. No returns are accepted after this period.
- Condition: Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- In their original packaging.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for refund or exchange.
2. Return Process
Follow these steps to return an item:

- Prepare Your Package:
- Include your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Provide a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
- Ship the Item: Send the return to:

- Note: If a customer returns a product, they are responsible for ensuring it reaches us, and we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage.
- Inspection and Refund: We’ll inspect the item within 3–5 business days of receipt and email you with the refund or exchange status. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card) and may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
3. Refunds and Fees
- Non-Defective Items:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
- Incorrect or Defective Items: If we ship the wrong item or an item is defective, contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs, at no charge.
- Misreported Defects: If an item is returned as defective but found to be non-defective, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
4. Firearm Returns
Firearms require special handling due to legal regulations:
- Pre-Transfer Inspection: Inspect firearms thoroughly at your Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer before accepting the transfer. Once transferred, firearms are considered used (even if unfired) and are not eligible for a full refund.
- Non-Defective Firearms:
- Returns incur a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
- FFL transfer fees are not covered.
- Defective Firearms: Post-transfer defects must be resolved directly with the manufacturer under their warranty policy. Replacement firearms require FFL transfer, and any associated fees are your responsibility.
5. Cancellations
- Firearms Products: Cancelling a order for firearms incurs a 15% cancellation fee. Non-compliance with this policy may result in a partial or no refund.
- Custom Products: Cancelling Custom order incurs a 30% cancellation fee. Non-compliance with this policy may result in a partial or no refund.
- Other Products: Standard orders cancelled before shipment are fully refunded. Contact us promptly to cancel.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Used, damaged, or non-original packaged items.
- Returns requested after the 14-day window.
