Shipping processing time

1. Order Processing Time

Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Standard orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or promotional periods may require additional processing time. Once your order is processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping addresses cannot be changed or modified after the order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and the selected shipping service (e.g., standard or expedited).

You will be notified via email once your order ships, with tracking information available in your account under “Order History and Details.”

3. Insurance Policy

In the rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via our customer service page at heywardstreamscontact@gmail.com. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items by carrier but we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We recommend reviewing your package upon receiving and reporting any issues promptly.

4. Delivery Process

Once processed, your order will be shipped via a trusted carrier, and delivery typically occurs within 4–6 business days for standard shipping, depending on the carrier and service selected. For firearm orders, shipments will be sent to your designated Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, as required by law. Ensure your FFL dealer is prepared to accept the transfer.

5. Tracking Information

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also view this information in your account under “Order History and Details.” If you experience issues accessing tracking details, please contact us at heywardstreamscontact@gmail.com.

6. International Shipping

At this time, Heyward Streams Inc. does not offer shipping outside the United States, including U.S. Territories or Freely Associated States. All orders must be shipped to a valid U.S. address or FFL dealer for firearms.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failure to claim), we will attempt to contact you. A refund may be issued, subject to a restocking fee. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

8. Delayed Packages

Carrier delays may occur, especially during holidays or peak seasons. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or holidays may experience slight delays due to carrier schedules. If your package is delayed:

  • Check with your local carrier’s office, as they may hold the package if a signature is required or if delivery is deemed unsafe.
  • Look for a notice left by the carrier indicating the package is available for pickup at their facility.
  • If you cannot locate your package, contact us via heywardstreamscontact@gmail.com for assistance.

9. Rejected Packages

If you reject a package without prior approval from Heyward Streams Inc., it will be treated as an unauthorized return. You may incur a restocking fee, and any shipping charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.

10. No Movement on Tracking

If your tracking number shows no activity (e.g., no acceptance scan by the carrier), please notify us immediately at heywardstreams@gmail.com. This applies to both insured and uninsured orders. We will conduct an investigation with the carrier, which may take 15–30 business days. If the package is deemed lost or missing after this period, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.Note: Heyward Streams Inc. is not responsible for packages marked as shipped and/or delivered within the expected timeframe that are later reported as missing or stolen. In such cases, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
